Be-Safe Technologies is transforming workplace Health & Safety and Contractor Management with our innovative SaaS platforms – The Compliance Genie and The Contractor Genie.
We’re looking for a driven Senior Business Development Representative to help us connect with businesses and set up qualified appointments for our sales team to showcase how our solutions can keep workplaces safer, smarter, and more compliant and manage all of a company’s contractors and their site visits in one place.
What you’ll do:
Research companies for potential targeting
· Call and engage with business decision-makers across industries
· Compile/send targeted emails and other communications in conjunction with the marketing team
· Build interest in our Compliance Genie and Contractor Genie platforms
· Book high-quality demo appointments for our sales specialists
· Hit and exceed achievable appointment targets
What you’ll bring:
· Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or appointment setting (SaaS and B2B preferred)
· Excellent phone manner and confidence in engaging decision-makers
· Written communication skills are essential
· Determination, confidence, resilience, and a target-driven attitude
· Ability to quickly understand and communicate our value proposition
· Knowledge of Health and Safety is a bonus
